POLICY

Image Delivery
Final deliverables include professionally color-edited JPEG images only.
RAW files are not provided under any circumstances.
Booking & Availability
All bookings are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
If you have a preferred date, early confirmation is strongly recommended to secure availability.
Group Size Policy
Sessions include up to 5 guests.
For groups of 6–9 guests, a 10% group surcharge will apply.
For groups of 10 guests or more, a 20% group surcharge will apply.
This adjustment reflects additional coordination, pacing, and post-production workload.
Transportation Fee
For sessions conducted outside the Kanto region (Tokyo, Chiba, Saitama), an additional transportation fee will apply.
The exact amount will be quoted based on location.
Kimono Rental
Kimono rentals are not included and must be arranged independently by the client.
Location Planning
Suitable locations can be recommended based on your photography goals and session type.
For optimal results, avoiding peak crowd periods is strongly advised.
Weather Policy
Photo sessions are subject to weather conditions.
In the event of severe or unsuitable weather, the session may require rescheduling or cancellation.
Clients are asked to maintain schedule flexibility.

Weather & Visibility Disclaimer
Mt. Fuji is highly weather-dependent.
Clear visibility cannot be guaranteed, even during winter season.
The session fee covers photography services, planning, and execution, not guaranteed mountain visibility.
Seasonal Conditions
This is a winter-only experience.
Cold temperatures, strong winds, and limited daylight hours should be expected.
Flexibility Required
Location order and shooting flow may be adjusted on-site based on real-time weather and safety conditions.
