• Image Delivery
  Final deliverables include professionally color-edited JPEG images only.
  RAW files are not provided under any circumstances.

• Booking & Availability
  All bookings are handled on a first come, first served basis.
  If you have a preferred date, early confirmation is strongly recommended to secure availability.

• Group Size Policy
  Sessions include up to 5 guests.
  For groups of 6 to 9 guests, a 20 percent group surcharge will apply.
  For groups of 10 guests or more, a 30 percent group surcharge will apply.
  This adjustment reflects additional coordination, pacing, and post production workload.

• Transportation Fee
  For sessions conducted outside the Kanto region (Tokyo, Chiba, Saitama), an additional transportation fee will apply.
  The exact amount will be quoted based on location.

• Kimono Rental
  Kimono rentals are not included and must be arranged independently by the client.
